Implementation Assistance

Implementation is the most crucial and difficult phase of the systems cycle. A system implementation can be considered successful when it is activated on schedule, within budget and end-users are satisfied with the system's performance. Good implementations involve hundreds of tasks and reflect an enormous commitment of capital and personnel resources. 		Project Management Support -
		We will support the organization's project management and assume full or partial responsibility for managing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the project.
