G&A Consultants will utilize or implement only properly licensed software on their or their customers computer systems.

G&A Consultants will immediately communicate any potential conflicts of interest at the time they arise or are discovered to all effected parties.

G&A Consultants will ensure that all system selections, vendor evaluations, and other competitive analysis work is performed free of any undue influence from vendors, consultants, or other third-parties and will not accept any form of compensation from the same.

G&A Consultants always work to ensure that any project can be completed within the prescribed timeframe utilizing the most appropriate and qualified resources.

G&A Consultants will communicate frequently on all matters including project status and be proactive in project status and forecasting information.

G&A Consultants respect all confidential information and treat it accordingly, by only accepting information that is required to perform the task at hand, not divulging such information to third-parties, protecting the information, and destroying or returning the information upon completion of its use.

G&A Consultants will not participate in any activity or project that is unlawful or in violation of this Code of Ethics.

Gruber and Associates, its employees, associates, subcontractors, and affiliates will abide by and uphold this Code of Ethics and continually work to self-regulate their peers in this regard.
